Perhaps a Cold Shoulder? Simplicity 1613

This is Simplicity 1613, Misses Knit Top with 5 view options.  I created option D with the 3/4 sleeve.

I had this pattern in the pattern stash for a long time and when I looked in my fabric stash a this really nice stretchy knit with a eye-catching print, the two made a match.
